The role

The Expeditor is a hands-on role that is responsible for smooth and timely logistics flow of OFCI materials, goods, and information within Nebius supply chain and production process. The expeditor will coordinate delivery of goods between suppliers, vendors, and internal departments, preventing delays and maintaining project schedules. The successful candidate for this position will have hands-on experience in the logistics space with shipping owner furnished critical components for infrastructure. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Monitor and track orders, shipments, and production schedules. 
  • Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Identify and resolve delays or supply chain issues. 
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams. 
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory status. 
  • Expedite urgent orders and prioritize critical shipments. 
  • Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery requirements.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices and payment applications.

We expect you to have: 

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related experience
  • Experience in expediting, procurement, or logistics (preferred) 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with international procurement and multi-currency contracts
  • Familiarity with standard contract forms (FIDIC or equivalent)
  • Exposure to large-scale, owner-led or EPCM project models

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • In Depth knowledge of local legislation / standards re movement of goods / equipment in North America

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 119k - 179k OTE (On Target Earnings) based on your experience.
