Job Summary
This role is to support the Contracts Management Team in contract drafting, redlining, and execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations while maintaining efficient contract workflows.
The ideal candidate will help manage the full contract lifecycle, including tracking agreements and renewals, and contribute to improving operational processes and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Contracts Management Team in the drafting, redlining, and administrative execution of agreements.
• Adhere to compliance measures for contract organization and data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
• Support the team by executing tasks in the Conga CPQ and CLM systems to ensure a smooth sales-to-signature workflow.
• Assist in tracking and categorizing executed documents to maintain a "source of truth" database.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal administration, or sales operations
• 1–2 years of recent hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga (CPQ & CLM)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with corporate contracts
• Background in legal operations or paralegal support
• ABA Paralegal Certification (preferred but not required)
