About The Role
PolyNovo is currently searching for a Contracts Manager to join the Sales Enablement team. This role will oversee the lifecycle of PolyNovo’s contracts, from drafting to execution and management, ensuring the company's interests are protected but also that we meet our obligations. Utilization of our recently created contract tracker tool to engage our field sales team proactively for future contract negotiations. Lastly, tracking price and price increases for eligible customers will be a critical function of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PolyNovo’s contract Database. To date there are approximately 160 contracts with 2+ added each week.
- Participate in contract negotiations, including redlining and preparing contracts for leadership review.
- Post contract signature: ensure PolyNovo meets contractual obligations and ensures customer does the same.
- Pricing: assist in the formulation and execution of pricing strategies for each upcoming contract negotiation.
- Assist in the contractual support for Marketing, HR, Purchasing and other departments as needed.
- Ensure collaborative relationships with PolyNovo team members and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is reviewed, current and compliant with the quality system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/science/healthcare. (Masters of Business Administration, Paralegal, or Juris Doctorate Degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in contract management, direct sales, and pricing strategy within the medical device arena.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex, multi-million-dollar agreements.
- Experience in pricing governance, modelling, and sales enablement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs while maintaining high personal and professional standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within small team environments; self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and strong personal initiative.
- Strong user of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to manage pricing models and revenue strategies.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
- Prior knowledge of key financial and contractual terms and their impact on a medical device company.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000.
