About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support and manage a broad portfolio of commercial agreements across the business. This role will be responsible for helping administer, track, review, and coordinate contracts with a range of external partners, including large construction general contractors, design vendors, and major equipment suppliers.

As our contract volume and complexity continue to grow, we need a dedicated professional who can bring structure, organization, and strong commercial judgment to the contracting process. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical business relationships and ensuring contracts are managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle.

What you'll do
  • Administer contracts across a wide range of vendor, supplier, and project-related relationships
  • Review, redline, and help negotiate commercial terms in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate contract execution and maintain organized records of active agreements
  • Track key terms, deliverables, milestones, notice periods, renewals, amendments, and expirations
  • Support contracts related to:
    • Construction and general contractors
    • Design and professional services vendors
    • Major equipment vendors and long-term suppliers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure contracts reflect business needs and operational requirements
  • Identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, and open issues, and escalate as needed
  • Help improve contract administration processes, templates, and workflows
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending agreements, approvals, and renewals
  • Maintain visibility across dozens of ongoing contracts and support overall contract compliance and organization
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing a high volume of commercial contracts across multiple vendors or projects
  • Strong understanding of contract structure, commercial terms, and contract lifecycle management
  • Experience with construction-related, vendor, procurement, equipment, or professional services agreements is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex workstreams moving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to identify and flag key business and contractual issues
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, hardware, energy, or infrastructure-related businesses
  • Familiarity with contract databases, procurement systems, or document management tools
  • Experience building or improving internal contract processes
  • Ability to work effectively with business, operations, finance, and legal stakeholders
