Simplistic is in search of a creative, and technical eCommerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist to support our Optimization Team. This role will be responsible for configuring ecommerce data reports to surface critical findings, and create custom strategies to support client goals to improve site performance.

Additionally, we believe in transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $90,000.

As a CRO Strategist, this role could include:

  • Conduct research and analysis of user behavior to identify opportunities for improving website conversion rates
  • Develop and implement A/B and CRO testing roadmaps to optimize website elements such as product pages, landing pages, checkout processes, and more
  • Work with designers and developers to create and implement designs that are optimized for conversion
  • Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions about website changes and improvements
  • Project discovery sessions and provide insights to UX/UI designers and developers
  • Continuously monitor and analyze website performance and make ongoing recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Own familiarization with eCommerce trends, technology, Shopify Plus functionality, and industry standards

Required Competencies

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, A/B Testing platforms, and heat mapping software
  • Experience in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with website design and development principles and technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Efficient ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter and ability to work in an ever-changing environment
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Comfortable creating and presenting data-driven roadmaps consisting of technical and non-technical tasks
  • Support client-facing communications in high pressure environments
  • A strong commitment to providing excellence to clients and team members
