To this end, we want our information and education services to contribute to the goals we share with our clinicians, clients and supporters, namely to accelerate the advancement of medicine and help people enjoy better, longer lives.

Purpose

Our key contribution to society is to help clinicians and those who support them provide state-of-the-art medical care.

Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of clinician audience intimacy.

Objective

Reporting to the Director/VP, Talent Acquisition and Management, this role owns the administration of US benefits programs, payroll coordination, and wellness initiatives, while also contributing to recruitment efforts and supporting broader Talent operations across the employee lifecycle.

This person is a critical connector — keeping benefits running smoothly, payroll accurate, and employee experience programs active, while stepping into recruiting support as the team’s needs require.

What you will do

Benefits Administration

  •       Serve as day-to-day administrator for all US benefits programs including health, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), and voluntary benefits
  •       Manage open enrollment end-to-end: communications, employee support, vendor coordination, and system updates
  •       Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA accommodations, state leave, parental leave, disability) in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  •       Maintain benefits vendor relationships and support annual renewal process in partnership with the Director/VP
  •       Respond to employee benefits inquiries promptly and accurately; serve as the first point of contact for benefits questions

Payroll Coordination

  •       Process and coordinate US payroll in partnership with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timely execution each cycle
  •       Support annual 401k audits and compliance reporting
  •       Flag discrepancies and track corrections; escalate payroll compliance issues to the Director/VP as needed

Wellness & Employee Experience

  •       Coordinate and execute employee wellness initiatives and recognition programs throughout the year
  •       Manage the employee engagement calendar and logistics for company-sponsored events and wellness activities
  •       Track participation and gather feedback to inform program improvements; report outcomes to the Director
  •       Support peer recognition programs and tuition reimbursement administration

Talent Acquisition Support

  •       Support full-cycle recruiting as needed — posting roles, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and managing onboarding logistics
  •       Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and support the team’s compliance with internal posting requirements
  •       Maintain people data integrity across Talent systems; support HRIS updates, reporting, and data pulls as requested
  •       Provide general administrative and operational support to the US Talent team

Who you are

You are detail-oriented and dependable — someone who takes pride in running benefits, payroll, and operations without error and without drama. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, and you understand that in a lean Talent team, everyone’s work connects.

You likely have:

  •       Experience in benefits administration, payroll coordination, and Talent operations
  •       Familiarity with US benefits programs, leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, state leave), and 401(k) administration
  •       Exposure to full-cycle recruiting, ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), and onboarding coordination
  •       Comfort with HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets for data tracking and reporting
  •       Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping detail
  •       A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

You are known for:

  •       Being the person people trust to have the right answer on benefits and payroll questions
  •       Executing reliably - open enrollment, payroll cycles, and wellness programs run on time because you own them
  •       Communicating clearly and professionally, especially with employees navigating benefits or leave
  •       Handling confidential information with discretion and care

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
  • Familiarity with global HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in a remote, multicultural team environment.
Key Competencies:
  • Adaptability to work with teams in different time zones.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment.
  • Be part of an innovative HR team supporting a diverse workforce.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including 401k match.
  • Remote work flexibility with a focus on work-life balance.

This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Management based in New York.
