The Role 

As an Advisor Experience Manager, you'll serve as the trusted concierge and single point of contact for incoming advisors from contract signature through full integration. You'll ensure each advisor and client transition is personalized, frictionless, and emotionally engaging—delivering the premium experience that defines Farther's brand.

This role requires exceptional relationship management skills, operational precision, and the ability to orchestrate complex transitions across multiple departments. You'll be the advisor's advocate and guide, ensuring they feel supported and confident as they join the Farther platform.

Your Impact 
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned advisors throughout their entire transition journey, maintaining proactive weekly communication
  • Collaborate with Sales before Discovery Day to understand advisor motivations, goals, and potential concerns
  • Create comprehensive Advisor Profiles and practice blueprints that inform all subsequent execution tasks
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Transition Pods and Relationship Associates to ensure each launch milestone is met on time
  • Capture advisor goals, client segmentation, and technology ecosystem requirements for smooth handoffs
  • Own escalation resolution for all transition-related issues, coordinating solutions across Farther departments
  • Deliver personalized, concierge-level service that makes advisors feel valued and confident in their decision to join Farther
  • Complete pre-Day-One readiness audits for all assigned advisors according to the schedule
  • Conduct transition closure debriefs and gather advisor feedback to drive continuous improvement
The Ideal Match 
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing relationship management, account management, or advisor services within wealth management or financial services
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Experience coordinating across multiple departments to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, withthe  ability to manage numerous advisor transitions simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes obstacles before they become issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics
Bonus Points 
  • Previous experience with advisor transitions, practice management, or wealth management operations
  • Familiarity with RIA compliance requirements and documentation processes
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM systems
  • Background in fintech or technology-enabled financial services
  • Track record of improving operational processes and client experience metrics
