POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of TSD Partnerships owns the strategy, growth, and day‑to‑day success of Broadvoice’s relationships with the nation’s leading Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs), and their sub‑agent communities.


This leader understands how TSDs operate, how TSD teams drive behavior, and what partners need in order to confidently position Broadvoice’s CCaaS and UCaaS offerings.


You’ll be responsible for building programs that drive mindshare, enabling TSD partner communities at scale, and creating repeatable sales motions that deliver meaningful revenue results.  You ensure Broadvoice shows up as a top‑tier, easy‑to-sell, strategically aligned TSD partner. 


The ideal candidate is a visionary, consultative leader who thrives on building high-impact partnerships and driving mutual success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build & Grow High‑Impact TSD Partnerships

  • Develop strong relationships with executive, channel, Sale, engineering, and marketing teams across the TSD.
  • Identify high‑potential sub‑agents and partner managers and create activation plans that drive consistent deal flow.
  • Become a trusted advisor who understands each TSD’s priorities, compensation model, and partner community.


Create Scalable Programs That Drive Mindshare & Revenue

  • Build repeatable enablement programs that make it easy for TSDs and sub‑agents to position Broadvoice.
  • Develop incentives, training paths, and co-marketing initiatives that align with TSD go‑to-market strategies.
  • Craft clear, simple sales motions for CCaaS, UCaaS, and bundled offers.

 

Enable TSD Ecosystems at Scale

  • Deliver training, demos, and tools that empower partners to confidently sell Broadvoice.
  • Ensure TDS Teams and partners managers have everything needed to win: messaging, resources, support, and consistent communication.


Own Revenue & Pipeline Through the TSD Community

  • Drive partner-led deal creation and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support TSD deal cycles.
  • Create partner engagement plans that translate into consistent run‑rate revenue and strategic wins.


Monitor the Market & Inform Strategy

  • Stay on top of competitor positioning, trending technologies, and partner feedback.
  • Identify gaps, new offerings, and opportunities for Broadvoice to stand out in the TSD channel.


Measure What Matters

  • Establish KPIs tied to TSD performance, activation, training, pipeline quality, and revenue attainment.
  • Provide executive updates on program impact, partner engagement, and forecasting.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in channel sales, TSD partnerships, alliances, or business development within SaaS, Cloud and CaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the TSD ecosystem, including sales, engineering teams, supplier programs, and sub‑agent behavior.
  • Proven success enabling TSD communities and driving revenue through indirect channels.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels from TSD CEOs to sub‑agents.
  • Highly strategic with the ability to execute quickly in a fast‑growth environment.
  • Expert-level understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud communication technologies.
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% to support TSD events, trainings, field visits, and partner engagement.
