Job Description

Snap Finance is seeking an experienced part-time contract Copywriter to support the Seen Credit Card product and help bring its value proposition to life across marketing channels. This is an ongoing engagement of 10–15 hours per week, working closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to develop persuasive, compliant, and on-brand messaging for email, paid media, social, web, and in-app experiences. Your deep experience writing for credit card products will be essential to communicating Seen’s benefits, driving customer acquisition, and building trust in a regulated industry.

What You'll Do:Creative Production
  • Write original copy for promotional campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web
  • Develop product-focused messaging that clearly communicates credit card benefits, rewards, fees, and terms
  • Create customer-facing content for cardholder education, account management, and lifecycle communication
  • Craft short-form and long-form copy tailored to different audiences and channels
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure copy and creative direction align
Compliance & Brand Voice
  • Ensure all copy meets financial regulatory standards
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Partner with Legal & Compliance to flag regulatory considerations before launch
  • Balance marketing persuasion with clear disclosure of terms, rates, and limitations
Collaboration
  • Incorporate feedback from Legal, Marketing, and Product teams quickly and professionally
  • Manage multiple projects on parallel timelines with tight deadlines

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience specifically in credit card, financial services, or fintech
  • Proven ability to write copy across email, paid media, social, and web
  • Deep understanding of credit card products, benefits, rewards structures, fees, and consumer psychology
  • Strong editorial skills: command of grammar, tone, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Working knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with overlapping campaigns and promotional calendars
  • Portfolio demonstrating credit card or financial services copy

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with rewards program messaging or benefits positioning
  • Familiarity with fintech or DTC credit card brands
  • Experience using AI tools to draft and iterate copy
  • SEO copywriting or content optimization experience
