About Suno

We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfilment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.

Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.

Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).

About the Role

More than 100 million people have made music with Suno, and for many of them, the journey started with an ad. This role writes those first impressions: the hooks, headlines, and scripts that introduce music-making to people scrolling Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—people who never thought of themselves as musicians until your line stopped them.

You’ll work hand in hand with our growth marketing team—sharpening creative briefs, writing the copy that ships in them, and putting your ideas in front of a massive global audience within days of writing them. You’ll also get to build: AI-powered tools and workflows that turn your best instincts into something the whole team can run on. Over time, your canvas can grow into email marketing, SEO, and ASO.

This is a role for a writer with serious range: someone who can write a clean brand line, a Daily Mail-style headline, a TMZ tease, and a direct-response hook—and knows exactly why each one converts. If you think in audiences, angles, and hooks, and you want to see what your words can do at real scale, we’d love to meet you.

Here's a song we made about it: https://suno.com/s/V5a09xoilFTsd3hN

What You’ll Do
  • Write high-impact copy for paid social ads across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok: hooks, headlines, primary text, and scripts.

  • Review briefs from the growth team and sharpen the copy inside them before they go to production.

  • Help shape the copywriting frameworks and playbooks our growth team runs on.

  • Build AI-powered tools and workflows that make strong copy repeatable at scale.

  • Use creative testing and performance data to learn what wins and sharpen the next round of copy.

  • Expand into email marketing and SEO copy over time.

What You’ll NeedMust-Haves
  • A killer portfolio of direct-response copy written for live Meta and/or TikTok campaigns, with results you can speak to.

  • Serious headline range—from clean brand lines to Daily Mail / TMZ-style hooks that stop the scroll, written straight.

  • Performance training—a real grasp of why an ad wins or loses: audiences, angles, and hooks, not just wordsmithing.

  • Volume at pace—proven ability to produce many strong copy variants fast without the quality falling off.

  • Hands-on AI fluency—you already use AI tools to build repeatable copy systems, not just draft one-offs.

  • Self-direction with coachability—you can run solo off a brief, take direction well, and get to a great output fast.

  • A proactive mindset—you spot what’s missing and bring ideas without being asked.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience at a consumer subscription app, a growth agency running paid social, or a DTC/ecommerce brand.

  • Lifecycle/email marketing or SEO writing experience.

  • A love of music and an eye for culture.

Compensation

This is a month-to-month contract role on 30-day terms, paying $75 to $120 per hour depending on experience, at roughly 10 to 20 hours per week to start, with room to scale to 20 to 40 hours as the engagement grows.

Additional Notes

Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Suno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital or family status, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis under provincial, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, or ordinances.
