As a member of Services Technology Incubation Center, you will be responsible for design and development of flexible and robust integration solutions for a diverse set of applications and databases. This position requires a strong background in implementing middle tier applications.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other SW Engineers to design, develop, integrate and support STIC next generation knowledge platform for technical services.
- Design and develop integration solutions from multi-vendor systems
- Author software design specifications
- Unit and Integration testing
- Ability to research, propose and prototype new principles, technologies, tools and concepts and integrate them into the teams collective knowledge
Skills Required
- 5 -10 years of application integration with emphasis on following tools and technologies.
- Development, deployment and management of a medium to large multi-vendor based integrated production systems
- Object-Relational mapping tools/technologies
- Development, analysis and test experience with highly scalable platforms
- Must have strong working knowledge in
- SOA, RESTful WebServices
- XMLBeans,
- J2EE middle tier and J2EE Application containers like Spring Framework , Hibernate
- AXIS, Tomcat, Web Services
- Development experience on UNIX or Linux
- Unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, JMock
The following optional skills would be a plus :
- Experience with commercial messaging tools such as Tibco
- AngularJS and Front-end Development.
