Job Description:

The Corporate Accounts Specialist (CAS) is responsible for supporting sales growth, account engagement, and portfolio performance. The CAS executes day-to-day initiatives to maximize consumable utilization, device performance, and expansion opportunities. This role plays a critical role in achieving portfolio objectives.

What you’ll do:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Tier 3 Corporate Brands, maintaining strong relationships with brand leadership and location teams.
  • Execute sales and growth initiatives developed in partnership with the Corporate Accounts Director.
  • Drive consumable utilization, booster penetration, and device optimization across portfolio locations.
  • Support expansion initiatives, including new location onboarding, incremental system adoption, and device coordination.
  • Manage sales strategy and conversations surrounding 2nd systems and trade-up opportunities and warranty extension sales.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and identify tactical opportunities to increase usage and revenue.
  • Assist the CAD in preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews, follow-up execution, and implementation tracking.
  • Deliver virtual training for providers and staff on:
    • Hydrafacial treatment protocols
    • Booster education and upsell strategies
    • Device utilization best practices
  • Coordinate with Regional Training Specialists and field teams for in-person support as needed
  • Support marketing initiatives, membership programs, and promotional campaigns at the location level
  • Assist in corporate-level ordering, including managing order issues with Customer Care
  • Assist in corporate-level technical requests, including managing quotes, invoices and payments, and field level appointment scheduling
  • Collaborate with Accounting on invoice requests and payment coordination
  • Maintain detailed account activity and growth documentation within Salesforce CRM.
  • Track portfolio-level KPIs, including utilization, expansion activity, and adoption metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Corporate Accounts Director.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account teams to support broader tiered customer needs, sales initiatives, and account operations when additional support is required.
  • Attend required company meetings, regional meetings, and key corporate events
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What you need to know:

Experience/Skills/Education:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales support
  • Experience with medical practices, med-spas, or multi-location wellness businesses
  • Proven ability to execute strategies that drive utilization, revenue, and expansion
  • Experience delivering virtual training or remote account enablement
  • Strong business acumen (ROI, pricing strategy, service menu development)
  • Proven ability to influence client behavior as the primary brand contact
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce required)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or brand support

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Aesthetic license or familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry
  • Experience supporting multi-location corporate brands

​Base Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 + Commission

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacial's total rewards package for our employees.
