Stress Free Auto Care is redefining the auto repair experience by delivering exceptional service with honesty, transparency, and convenience. Our mission is simple: make auto care a stress-free, trustworthy experience for everyone. Join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in reshaping the automotive service industry!

About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to help scale Stress-Free Auto Care through rapid acquisition and hands-on execution. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-velocity pipeline of acquisition targets while leading the end-to-end process from deal evaluation through post-close launch.

This is not a sit-back-and-model role. We are looking for a task owner and driver, someone who can manage multiple deals at once, keep momentum high, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will operate at the intersection of operational project management, financial analysis, and deal execution, helping turn acquired shops into fully integrated, high-performing locations. From underwriting opportunities to coordinating with brokers and sellers, to helping get a new store operational, you will play a critical role in our growth engine.

What You’ll Do

Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of acquisition targets
  • Partner with internal and external scouts to identify and evaluate shops
  • Support outreach strategies and marketing campaigns to generate deal flow
  • Track and manage opportunities through each stage of the pipeline with urgency

Financial Analysis & Deal Support

  • Analyze financials and key performance metrics of target businesses
  • Help determine valuation and offer structure based on business fundamentals
  • Prepare investment summaries and materials for internal decision-making
  • Partner with leadership and investment committee to move deals forward

Deal Execution & Coordination

  • Manage the deal process from initial evaluation through close
  • Coordinate with brokers, sellers, and legal partners to ensure timely execution
  • Ensure all documentation and diligence materials are completed accurately
  • Keep deals on track and proactively remove blockers

Integration & Store Launch

  • Lead post-close execution to bring new locations online
  • Act as a hands-on project manager to ensure successful store launch
  • Coordinate setup (branding, signage, systems, readiness)
  • Ensure operational tools and processes are implemented
  • Partner with operations to ensure a smooth transition from seller to SFAC

Operational Execution & Data Tracking

  • Track acquisition metrics, pipeline performance, and key KPIs
  • Drive accountability across timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Continuously improve processes to increase speed and efficiency of acquisitions

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience strongly considered.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Financial Analysis, Project Management, or M&A-related roles
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate small-to-mid-sized businesses
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or deals simultaneously
  • Experience building acquisition pipelines through outbound outreach or targeted marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with multi-location or service-based businesses (automotive, home services, healthcare, etc.)
  • Exposure to private equity or roll-up strategies
  • Experience working with brokers, sellers, or transaction processes

Benefits

  • PTO/Sick & (6) Annual Paid Holidays
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) Matching
  • Paid Skills Enhancement Training
  • Employee Discount - Service & Parts
  • Employee Referral Program

Ready to Elevate Your Career? If you’re interested in joining a supportive team that values your skills and dedication, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today to help us redefine automotive care.
