Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Corporate Finance Manager. The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing detailed financial statements, creating financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The role also involves managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insights to drive organizational growth and efficiency. 

Qualification

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Financial Modeling for forecasting and business analysis
  • Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, cash flow management, and investment analysis
  • Experience with Financial Statements and understanding their preparation and implications
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting standards and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a CPA or CFA qualification is preferred
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
