Corporate Hospitality Manager

The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with an exceptional overall experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building.  This position will provide support to the Corporate Services department through the day-to-day meeting management, building operations, and global collaboration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain office floorplan and occupancy documents daily

• Liaise with global counterparts to ensure consistent and standard operating procedures

• Manage Associate level employees to include Reception and Associates

• Maintain and audit parking validation logs

• Manage rideshare program

• Coordinate office moves

• Coordinate and correspond with Technology and visiting employees for desk placements

• Complete weekly floor walks  

• Correspond with new employees to share building information

• Prepare and distribute weekly events and visitor email to Austin Employees

• Liaise with building maintenance staff and Dimensional Property Management team to track and resolve maintenance concerns   

• Interact with and maintain strong relationships with vendors

• Review invoices and troubleshoot errors

• Issue and track building access, office keys, and parking cards

• Complete quarterly art collection check

• Act as the head floor warden for life safety and emergency response programs

• Special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience in the Hospitality Management industry

• Three plus years of office administration and management experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented and organized with excellent customer service skills

• Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently

• Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed
