TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across our Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, Airfield Striping, Construction, and Corporate Operations divisions. This position plays a critical role in attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our continued growth across multiple states.


RequirementsEssential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, social media, trade schools, and workforce programs.
• Recruit for field and operational positions.
• Candidate evaluations conduct phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Support workforce planning and recruiting strategy development.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications

Required: 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
Preferred: Construction, infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, or skilled trades recruiting experience; bilingual English/Spanish; ATS experience; Bachelor's degree (not required)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, organization, relationship-building, reporting, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
