Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. You’ll combine data, insight and creativity to strengthen how we hire, and you’ll raise the bar for what great looks like across our corporate functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with VP and Director-level leaders to translate business goals into smart, forward-looking hiring plans.
  • Build and deliver candidate generation strategies that reflect market shifts and create diverse, long-term pipelines.
  • Design inclusive, data-driven hiring processes that improve quality of hire and reduce bias.
  • Lead programmatic hiring initiatives that help the wider team deliver faster and at scale.
  • Advise leaders on Nebius’ positioning in the market and how we compete for top talent.
  • Use insights to influence decisions on headcount planning, location strategy and org design.
  • Champion exceptional candidate experience across every touchpoint.
  • Coach and mentor recruiters and interviewers to develop strong, value-aligned hiring capability.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience recruiting for senior roles across G&A / corporate services functions in a global or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strength in stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders with data and insight.
  • A track record of building diverse pipelines and scalable sourcing programs.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to challenge assumptions.
  • Passion for building teams that reflect the diversity of our users and communities.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
  • Strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong recruitment acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary range (dependent on experience) $83,500 - $125,300

  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.
