The Opportunity

We’re a growing engineering consulting firm solving complex challenges across the built environment and infrastructure. Our growth is intentional, strategic, and powered by exceptional talent. Talent isn’t a support function here, it’s a competitive advantage.

We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter who thrives in growth environments and is energized by proactive recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who loves the hunt: building pipelines before roles are urgent, engaging passive talent in competitive markets, and serving as a trusted recruiting advisor to business leaders.

You’ll operate as a strategic partner within a matrixed organization, collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders, often providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting guidance that shape hiring decisions. Your work will directly influence our ability to scale high-performing teams and deliver meaningful engineering solutions to our clients.

This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who wants ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to grow alongside a firm that truly values talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source and engage technical talent (engineering, design, project management, and specialized technical roles) using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, industry networks, associations, and targeted market research.
  • Build and maintain forward-looking talent pipelines aligned to priority skill sets, geographies, and long-term business needs.
  • Design and execute high-quality outreach strategies, including personalized messaging and nurture campaigns that resonate with passive candidates.
  • Deliver strong, well-vetted candidate slates by assessing technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit while preparing candidates for a successful interview experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders on role intake, profile calibration, and interview alignment to ensure efficient, focused searches.
  • Serve as a talent advisor, providing market insights, compensation trends, availability data, and recruiting recommendations to hiring leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the candidate experience end-to-end with clear communication, timely updates, and a high-touch, relationship-driven approach.
  • Track and analyze pipeline metrics (sourcing activity, response rates, funnel conversion, slate quality) and adjust strategies to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Maintain strong process discipline in the ATS, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and coordination with recruiting and HR partners.

What We’re Looking For (Required Experience/Skills)

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within engineering consulting, AEC, or similarly complex technical industries.
  • Proven experience recruiting in matrixed organizations, successfully balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with internal or external clients, providing talent insights, market intelligence, and recruiting guidance.
  • Strong sourcing expertise and comfort engaging passive, hard-to-find technical talent.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies and compelling candidate outreach.
  • High ownership, persistence, and accountability; comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong candidate-first mindset.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Meaningful impact: You’ll directly influence the growth of teams delivering critical engineering and infrastructure solutions.
  • Room to innovate: Bring new sourcing ideas, tools, and approaches to life in a collaborative environment.
  • People-first culture: We value relationships, transparency, and exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Competitive rewards: Strong compensation, a robust 401k match, and comprehensive employee benefits designed to support your long-term success.
  • Growth with stability: Join a firm that’s growing intentionally and investing in both its people and its future.
