Your efforts will help maintain our organization as a great place to work across the country. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence & Country-Level HR Processes : Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and policies across the country. This includes streamlining workflows to deliver efficient and consistent HR services, managing end-to-end HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Supporting HR system integrations, policy updates, and process standardization to enhance overall HR effectiveness. Additionally, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, training and development programs, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning to ensure a seamless and impactful HR operation that aligns with organizational goals.
- Employee Experience & Values : Guiding leaders to uphold our values, purpose, and philosophies. Supporting employees through various lifecycle events and ensuring fair, transparent practices in talent opportunities and policy adherence.
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and country regulations, effectively managing investigations, grievances, and disputes, overseeing payroll administration, maintaining accurate employee files, and implementing HR strategies to foster a positive work culture and minimize organizational risk.
- Health, Safety & Well-being :Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and promoting well-being so our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
- Rewards & Recognition :Managing pay and recognition activities by supporting managers during salary reviews, bonuses, and awards. Promoting transparency and encouraging the use of recognition tools to celebrate achievements
- Diversity & Inclusion :Driving best practices in diversity and inclusion by tracking key metrics, advocating against unconscious bias, and supporting initiatives that promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Perform any other HR-related activities as assigned to support HR goals and initiatives, including participation in global HR projects and programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
- + 12 years of proven HR management experience, with expertise in local laws, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations in Egypt.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, People leadership ,fluent in Arabic and English, enabling effective cross-cultural engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, foster a positive organizational culture, and handle conflicts and multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors, MS Office, Degreed, Glint, and other HR platforms is a plus.
