Responsibilities:
- Recruit skilled craft professionals such as Pipefitters, Welders, Ironworkers, Millwrights, Electricians, Operators, Laborers, and other industrial trades
- Manage multiple open positions and high-volume manpower requests
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, industry contacts, and your existing network
- Conduct phone interviews and properly screen candidates for relevant craft experience and project requirements
- Verify experience, certifications, skills, availability, and other position-specific qualifications
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified craft candidates
- Develop relationships with craft professionals and maintain an active candidate network for future projects
- Maintain consistent candidate follow-up from initial contact through selection
- Work closely with HR to transition selected candidates into pre-employment and onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate status
- Respond quickly as project manpower needs and priorities change
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Previous recruiting experience required
- LNG, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or major industrial project recruiting experience is a strong plus
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable spending a significant part of the day communicating with candidates by phone, text, and email
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly
