About the Role

Our client's Brand Creative team is looking for an experienced, high-performing Art Director with an elevated portfolio and exceptional taste to bring the brand to life. Supporting the Brand Talent Creative team, this role will lead hands on concepting, designing, and execution for integrated experiences across the candidate to associate journey.

You'll use your omni channel visual design skills to support a broad range of talent marketing, recruiting, and experiential touchpoints, bridging creative strategy with flawless execution. As an individual contributor, you'll operate with an ownership mindset, setting the benchmark for design standards while ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for engagement and brand integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead concepting, design, and execution across talent brand marketing initiatives
  • Update and refresh the careers website, including hero banners and full page redesigns
  • Design executive recruiting collateral, including digital and print questionnaires, sell sheets, and ads
  • Build out a small events strategy toolkit and a recruitment marketing events toolkit
  • Design experiential and event materials, including physical banners, pull up banners, and leave behinds
  • Partner closely with the Brand Talent Creative team to ensure design consistency and brand integrity across every touchpoint
  • Set the benchmark for design standards while operating with a high degree of ownership as an individual contributor

Qualifications

  • Must have an elevated portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste and strong omnichannel visual design skills
  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director working in finance or Fortune 500 companies; be able to move quickly and work independently. You also must be able to adjust quickly to feedback changes with a good attitude. 
  • Experience across talent marketing, recruiting, and experiential design touchpoints
  • Must have Figma experience
  • Ability to bridge creative strategy with flawless execution
  • Comfort working independently as an individual contributor with strong ownership of deliverables
  • Experience designing for both digital and print, including web, collateral, and event materials
