That’s where you come in. We’re hiring a Creative Designer to help set and uphold the quality bar for how Blaze serves its customers. You’ll ensure our creative outputs reflect strong taste, thoughtful use of AI, and a deep understanding of what resonates with audiences.

About the Role

Blaze Creative Designers serve as creatives and visual storytellers, crafting AI-supported compelling content across various platforms.

This role is not a traditional “design and deliver” role. This person owns creative direction and execution, at scale.

You will design innovative organic and paid social media content, collaborate on campaign strategy, and proactively guide visual storytelling to enhance brand presence. You’ll merge creative insight, operational discipline, and design leadership to deliver impactful results.

The ideal candidate is imaginative, proactive, comfortable exploring new design trends, and deeply focused on delivering visually captivating content across channels and disciplines.

What You'll DoClient Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the visual identity for client campaigns and social media outputs

  • Translate business objectives into engaging design concepts

  • Build and maintain a cohesive visual calendar for client campaigns

  • Drive the strategy and implementation of scalable process systems

  • Ensure design execution aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative assets

Performance & Optimization
  • Develop compelling visuals for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels

  • Lead design reviews and provide actionable feedback

  • Iterate on designs based on past performance data

  • Identify opportunities to innovate and expand visual content using AI

  • Refine AI-generated creative assets to uphold brand integrity

  • Avoid brand inconsistencies and “AI slop”

Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary creative partner and coordinator

  • Conduct structured creative briefings with clear objectives and deliverables

  • Proactively identify design opportunities and challenges

  • Balance innovative creativity with strategic clarity

What We’re Looking ForCore Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in social design, visual storytelling, digital design, or related fields

  • Experience designing for organic and paid social media platforms

  • Strong understanding of social media aesthetics and trends

  • Experience developing visual campaign calendars

  • Exceptional design and communication skills

  • High level of creativity and attention to detail
