🎯Your mission

As the Advertising Creative Director at Admazing, you will lead the creative vision and execution of mobile gaming advertising campaigns, with a special focus on developing innovative branded mini-games and playable ads. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking ideas to life, ensuring that all creative assets are delivered on time and within scope. Your role will also involve staying ahead of industry trends, mentoring the creative team, and engaging with clients to present and refine creative concepts. This is a key leadership position that combines creative innovation with project management to drive the success of our mobile gaming advertising initiatives.

👩🏽‍💻What You’ll Do:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision and execution for mobile gaming advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on branded mini-games and playable ads.
  • Concept Development: Develop innovative and engaging concepts that resonate with target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand goals and campaign objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the account management, strategy, and development teams to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring that all creative outputs are on brand and strategically sound.
  • Project Management: Oversee the project lifecycle to ensure that all creative assets, including mini-games and playable ads, are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Creative Direction: Guide the design and development of interactive ad formats, ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly engaging.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile gaming and advertising, continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the space.
  • Client Engagement: Present creative concepts to clients, articulating the vision, rationale, and potential impact of the proposed solutions.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile gaming advertising.
  • Specialization: Proven experience in creating branded mini-games, playable ads, or other interactive ad formats.
  • Creative Vision: Exceptional ability to generate and execute innovative ideas that captivate audiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely campaign execution.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of the technical aspects of game design and development, particularly in the context of mobile advertising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both internal teams and clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mobile gaming landscape and advertising formats, with an ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with a focus on fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
