Cybercrime is rising, reaching record highs in 2024. According to the FBI's IC3 report, total losses exceeded $16 billion. With investment fraud and BEC scams at the forefront, the message is clear: the real estate sector remains a lucrative target for cybercriminals. At CertifID, we take this threat seriously and provide a secure platform that verifies the identities of parties involved in transactions, authenticates wire transfer instructions, and detects potential fraud attempts. Our technology is designed to mitigate risks and ensure that every transaction is conducted with confidence and peace of mind.
We know we couldn’t take on this challenge without our incredible team. We have been recognized as one of the Best Startups to Work for in Austin, made the Inc. 5000 list, and won Best Culture by Purpose Jobs three years in a row. We are guided by our core values and our vision of a world without wire fraud. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to meaningful impact and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing security and fighting fraud.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Content Marketing, this leader owns the creative vision and execution for brand, marketing, and communications—spanning visual identity, campaign concepts, motion design, video, content, web, events, and sales enablement. You will set the creative direction, guide internal and external designers and creators, and roll up your sleeves to produce standout work when needed.

- Creative direction: Translate business and marketing goals into compelling creative strategies, concepts, and stories that differentiate CertifID in fintech/cybersecurity and real estate.
- Integrated campaigns: Partner with marketing to concept, storyboard, art direct, and ship launch campaigns and always-on programs with a consistent narrative from top-of-funnel through lifecycle.
- Motion and video: Lead motion design and video from storyboard to delivery. Create or direct animation, title design, explainers, product-adjacent demos, and social-first short-form.
- Content design: Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality visuals, presentations, sales collateral, event assets, and thought leadership content.
- Standards and systems: Maintain and expand brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates to scale creative quality and speed.
- Quality bar and reviews: Run creative reviews and feedback loops that raise craft quality and ensure on-time delivery.
- Cross-functional influence: Collaborate with marketing, sales, execs, and product partners; proactively connect dots across the business to anticipate needs and opportunities.
- Resourcing and vendor management: Manage external creative partners and agencies when needed, including briefs, scopes, timelines, and quality control.
What You'll Do
- Lead concept development, art direction, and design across campaigns and channels.
- Create storyboards, style frames, and mood boards for motion and video; direct or produce animation.

- Develop narratives and visual systems that clarify complex ideas and reinforce brand positioning.
- Establish processes, tools, and templates that improve creative throughput and consistency.
- Present work and rationale to senior leaders; incorporate feedback while protecting the creative vision.
- Track performance of creative assets with marketing partners and iterate based on insights.
