This is a Creative Strategist role for Fat Earth Media, a creative performance marketing agency focusing on brands of purpose, within the Red Antler umbrella.

We are seeking a world-class Creative Strategist to join our team. They are a master of digital marketing and have experience in the advertising industry. This is not a brand awareness role - our work is typically centered on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and your creative instincts should too. The Creative Strategist will develop briefs built around a hook, angle, and CTA that align seamlessly with performance marketing objectives. We’re looking for big swing concepts, not just small tweaks and iterations. The Creative Strategist understands the importance of being in lock step with the channel leads to inform their work with pertinent data. They will be a master communicator with excellent presentation skills and confidence in presenting creative strategy to the client. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Ideation:
    • Generate innovative and impactful creative concepts that align with client goals and target audience insights.
    • Develop these concepts into actionable briefs for the creative team to execute against.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media buyers, account managers, copywriters, and designers, to bring concepts to life.
    • Ensure quality assurance by reviewing creative deliverables before they are presented to the client
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance overall performance marketing efforts.
    • Align creative concepts with data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
    • Analyze and understand pertinent data points that inform the overall strategy and develop those into client facing insights
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand identity.
    • Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring alignment with performance metrics.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.
    • Use market insights to develop unique and competitive creative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years experience in creative strategy in an agency setting
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Compensation:

  • Total Cash Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
