What are we looking for?

We’re hiring a Creator Partnerships Lead to build and scale Hercules’ creator distribution. You will own partnerships end-to-end, from sourcing to measurement, and turn creator content into reusable growth assets.

You should be:

  • Deal-oriented: strong at outreach, negotiation, and closing.

  • Taste-driven: you know which creators will perform and why.

  • Process-strong: you can run a high-volume pipeline without chaos.

  • Performance-aware: you treat creator spend like a growth channel with clear KPIs.

What will you lead?

  • Sponsored creator and influencer program across major and micro channels

  • Sourcing + outreach: identify creators, run inbound/outbound, maintain pipeline

  • Negotiation + contracts: rates, terms, deliverables, timelines, and compliance

  • Briefs + approvals: creative direction, messaging, brand safety, review workflow

  • Deliverable ops: timelines, revisions, posting verification, link/UTM setup

  • Tracking + reporting: performance by creator, format, platform, and cohort quality

What skills do we expect you to have?

  • Proven experience running creator/influencer partnerships with measurable outcomes

  • Strong networking and sourcing ability (finding emerging creators before they are expensive)

  • Excellent negotiation and contract instincts (rates, rights, exclusivity, timelines)

  • Strong creative briefing skills (clear direction without constraining creators)

  • Familiarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and how creator content performs in ads

  • Strong ops + analytics: pipelines, tracking, UTMs, reporting, and learning loops

  • Good judgment on branding (especially with meme and micro media pages)

Is Hercules in-office or remote?

Hercules founding team works in-office in San Francisco (Kearny and Bush). We have a very strong preference for in office. We are open to remote for exceptional candidates in US time zones who would be willing/able to travel to the office regularly.
