About your team:

Our Marketing team spans brand, content, social, customer marketing, events, and partnerships, all working together to build a world-class brand creators love and to grow Teachable's reach across the creator economy. We're the people who build the relationships and tell the stories that bring new creators into the fold and help them thrive.

The role:

We're looking for a collaborative, results-driven Partnerships Manager to grow Teachable's business through relationships with the creator economy's top talent.

You're a hunter at heart, energized by finding the right creators, making a compelling case for Teachable, and guiding them through getting set up for success, turning those relationships into measurable acquisition and revenue. You'll represent Teachable as a spokesperson in high-stakes partner conversations and at industry events, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth to turn wins into pipeline. Program operations and delivery are supported by a program coordinator, so you can stay focused on winning, growing, and retaining partners.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

This position is hybrid to our NYC office. Local employees tend to use our NYC office 1-2 times a week.

What you'll do:
  • Build Key Partnerships: Identify and land partnerships with top creators and businesses, owning the full journey from first conversation through signed deal and onboarding.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Own key partner relationships end to end, with support from a program coordinator on delivery and day-to-day account management.
  • Drive Retention: Keep partners engaged, successful, and renewing on Teachable over time.
  • Drive Growth Through Partners: Design and run co-marketing programs, offers, webinars, and campaigns, that grow Teachable alongside our partners.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Source and prioritize opportunities by reach, fit, and impact, keeping a healthy, well-managed pipeline.
  • Negotiate and Structure Deals: Own commercial terms and partnership structures that work for both sides.
  • Represent Teachable at Events: Serve as a credible spokesperson at industry conferences and in partner conversations, building relationships across the creator economy.
  • Strategize and Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth to align partnerships with broader company goals.
  • Measure and Report: Track partnership performance, analyze what's working, and use it to sharpen the approach.
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales, ideally within SaaS or the creator economy.
  • A proven track record of sourcing and closing deals, you're a hunter energized by opening doors and landing high-value partners.
  • An established network across the creator economy, B2B, or AI space that you can activate from day one.
  • A track record of turning relationships into measurable acquisition or revenue, not just brand activations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct, comfortable owning terms and structuring deals.
  • A self-starter who operates with autonomy and thrives in a fast, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentation capabilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage a pipeline and multiple partner relationships at once.
While Teachable maintains our NY office for local employees to use, we operate as a remote-first culture in order to give our employees added flexibility. In order to maintain connection and create a community beyond the screen, Teachable holds in-person events throughout the year, where employees and teams can come together for bonding, strategic alignment, goal-setting, and celebrations!

Teachable encourages individuals from a broad diversity of backgrounds to apply for positions. We are an equal opportunity employer, meaning we're committed to a fair and consistent interview process.
