The Role

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define key customer segments and develop segmented experiences, while driving meaningful impact to the business. This position will work on the Teva team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing.

Your Impact

  • Support the CRM team in the development, planning, and execution of brand and product campaigns using email and SMS communication to meet business goals.
  • Work alongside CRM Manager and Growth Marketing Sr. Manager to develop rigorous, hypothesis-driven testing plans, including but not limited to, segmentation and personalization tests.
  • Oversee ad hoc projects, working with both cross-functional business partners and third-party agencies, while concurrently facilitating day-to-day retention programs.
  • QA all email and SMS campaigns to ensure flawless execution and accuracy. When necessary, proactively troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.
  • Responsible for weekly reporting, support CRM Manager for monthly, quarterly, and other analysis and reporting, as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of email marketing experience.
  • 2-4 years of reporting and analytics experience.
  • Experience working in ESP, preferably Cordial.
  • Experience with SMS marketing preferred.
  • Awareness of customer retention best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Email Service Providers (ESP), and SMS platform (Cordial/Attentive).
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven marketer.
  • Basic HTML knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement programs through effective use of communication with various cross-functional partners in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Self-starter, proactive, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Must be flexible and have excellent relationship-building skills.

$75,000 - $85,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
