Job Title: CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator – Maternity Leave Coverage (Enkore Department)

Reporting To: Creative Director of Enkore

Duration: August, 2026 - December, 2026 ( 4-5 month duration) - 40 hrs per week

Who We Are Looking For

Are you a detail-oriented CRM practitioner who takes pride in flawless execution? Are you energized by seeing your work drive real results for clients? Do you want to build on your existing CRM foundation while deepening your expertise in email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing? If so, let's talk. As a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the strategy and execution of email and SMS programs across a portfolio of client accounts, owning campaign briefing, production, QA, and performance reporting.

Core Responsibilities
  • Write and traffic email and SMS briefs, coordinating with internal teams and clients to keep copy, creative, and feedback moving on schedule.

  • Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and flows within Klaviyo and other ESPs, implementing dynamic content and personalization as outlined in the brief.

  • Troubleshoot rendering, linking, and compatibility issues to ensure flawless delivery across devices and platforms.

  • Pull and analyze CRM performance data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence, tracking KPIs like deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and unsubscribe trends.

  • Monitor flows and campaigns to confirm triggers, segments, and integrations are functioning correctly, flagging anomalies with supporting data.

  • Own task management within the PM system, keeping dates and content current and flagging any items that fall behind schedule.

  • Maintain organized client files and shared resources in the Lunar G-Drive.

  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and become a go-to resource on CRM best practices and platform capabilities.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience or a related field.

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP preferred.

  • Agency experience is a plus.

  • A track record of achievement and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts to meet deadlines.

  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
