Would you like to help teams across the Nordics get greater value from customer engagement technology?

We have renewed the technology and capabilities that support customer engagement and personalization. We are now taking the next step: scaling adoption, establishing consistent ways of working, and enabling teams to deliver relevant customer engagement more efficiently.

As our MarTech Platform Enablement Specialist, you will help users succeed with our customer engagement platforms. Your initial focus will be Bloomreach Engagement (CDP), where you will connect platform capabilities, customer data, business needs, and practical ways of working.

This is primarily a platform enablement and governance role. You will work closely with platform users, business stakeholders, and technical specialists rather than owning campaign production or software development.

What you will do

  • Drive adoption of Bloomreach Engagement (CDP) by translating platform capabilities into relevant customer engagement use cases.
  • Build an active end-user community through onboarding, training, coaching, demonstrations, and practical guidance.
  • Help users understand new platform features, customer data capabilities, and effective ways to apply them.
  • Review campaign implementations and recommend improvements based on agreed guidelines, good practices, and customer experience principles.
  • Establish and support scalable ways of working, including shared templates, documentation, naming practices, and reusable platform resources.
  • Support governance and lifecycle management so that shared resources remain structured, documented, maintained, and consistently used across markets and teams.
  • Provide functional guidance on privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements related to customer engagement activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for functional platform questions, resolving issues where possible and coordinating technical escalation when needed.
  • Work with users and platform colleagues to identify opportunities to improve the platform experience and reduce time to market.

The precise scope of the role may be adapted to the selected candidate’s experience and strengths.

About the team

You will join Customer Engagement & Analytics, where we are strengthening our capabilities in analytics, customer engagement, lifecycle management, and CRM.

You will work closely with the Bloomreach platform team and the end-user community across the Nordics. You will also be part of a platform squad that brings together IT and technically oriented business colleagues.

Organizationally, the role belongs to the Marketing & Communication Solutions chapter, where you will collaborate with colleagues working with related competencies and priorities.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in a platform enablement, key-user, system administration, MarTech, CRM, customer engagement, or related role. Hands-on experience with Bloomreach CDP would be a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to help users adopt technology through training, coaching, facilitation, documentation, or community building.
  • Practical understanding of customer engagement platforms, such as Bloomreach CDP,  and how their capabilities can be translated into valuable business use cases.
  • Understanding of data structures, event-based data models, digital touchpoints, audiences, and journey orchestration.
  • A structured approach to governance, standardization, documentation, and scalable ways of working.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Awareness of how privacy, consent, GDPR, and ePrivacy affect customer engagement activities.

What we offer

  • An opportunity to shape how a modern customer engagement platform is adopted and used across the Nordics.
  • Close collaboration with skilled colleagues across MarTech, customer engagement, analytics, data, and IT.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the largest insurance company in the Nordics.
  • An inclusive and collaborative working environment.
  • Hybrid working possibilities.
  • Wellness, insurance, lunch, and pension benefits
