The role

ShiftKey runs two revenue engines - SaaS and Marketplace - both on Salesforce, and right now they don't talk to each other cleanly. This role is the fix: you're the shared-services layer that keeps SaaS quoting and opportunity support running smoothly while acting as the ultimate gatekeeper for CRM data hygiene across both platforms. Bad account data doesn't just look messy - it throws off pipeline forecasts, marketplace liquidity numbers, and the decisions leadership makes off of dashboards. You're the person who makes sure that doesn't happen. Today the job leans SaaS-heavy; over time it's shifting toward an even split with Marketplace, so you'll be building the muscle for that from day one.

Where you’ll work

This role is based at our Irving, Texas headquarters. We believe the best onboarding and collaboration happen face-to-face, so you'll start on-site five days a week for your first few months. After ramp-up, you'll move to a hybrid schedule with two remote days per week (three days on-site).

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage SaaS quoting and end-to-end Salesforce opportunity support so reps can focus on selling instead of admin work.

  • Vet leads from campaigns, partners, and inbound inquiries to keep conversion rates and pipeline forecasts accurate.

  • Own the Data Integrity Dashboard - auditing, cleaning, and restructuring account and opportunity data, including deduplication and account hierarchy fixes.

  • Standardize how territory, pipeline, and partner management get handled across the sales org instead of everyone doing it their own way.

  • Partner with sales leadership to untangle contracting snags and reduce friction in the quote-to-cash process.

What you’ll need

  • Real hands-on CRM experience - you've worked inside one, not just logged into one.

  • A track record of handling detail-heavy data work accurately, even at volume.

  • An analytical mindset - you naturally connect data quality to business outcomes, not just to "the record looks clean."

  • A systems-builder's instinct - you'd rather fix why something breaks than keep patching it.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, since you'll be working across sales, leadership, and data functions.

  • Background in sales support, sales operations, or a related business function.

Perks of working for ShiftKey

  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment where all voices are valued.

  • Hybrid-friendly office spaces designed to be fun and engaging.

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.

  • Benefits begin on your first day.

  • Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including flexible floating holidays.

  • 100% 401(k) employer match up to 6%.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • Wellness support, including access to mental health resources.
