Job Summary:
The Custom Development Developer will work as part of the Custom Development team to estimate and develop custom solutions that enhance our portfolio. You will be partnered with a diverse and dynamic team that uses best-practice methods to build and QA BIRT reports, Business Automations, and Custom Interfaces.Job Description:
Duties/ResponsibilitiesSpecification
Assist the Project Implementation Specialist in scoping custom deliverables that meet customer requirements
Provide reliable estimates based on functional specifications
Development
Produce custom products and new functionality to applications according the specifications provided by Professional Services, within scope, time, and budget
Quality Assurance
Troubleshoot and correct defects reported by customers and discovered by internal QA testing
Peer review code to verify it is up to company standards
Leadership
Serve as the subject matter expert for custom development
Produce Technical Documentation
PMO
Serve on the PMO Steering Committee
Provide best practice recommendations for standardized processes and documentation
Provide recommendations for new standardized custom development products (e.g. ABPs)
Integrity - ensure that time spent meets bill-ability targets while also maintaining the balance of fairness and customer satisfaction of the client
