Job Description

NextShining is seeking a professional and motivated Customer Account Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for customers, helping manage accounts, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure each customer receives attentive and professional service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, stays organized, and wants to build valuable skills in customer relations, account management, and business operations.

Responsibilities
