We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Care Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Care Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:

 

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and metrics

- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services

- Work in a team environment to achieve customer service goals

 

Requirements:

 

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or B2C environment

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
