 Role:

  • Establish ISO 27001 information security framework and Lead SOC2 readiness
  • Manage customer audit preparation and support (security, quality, IP protection)
  • Develop NDA and data handling protocols for customer co-location
  • Create physical security controls for customer-dedicated lab spaces
  • Build customer compliance value proposition  

Quality Management Systems  

  • Implement ISO 9001 quality framework for test operations
  • Establish ISO 17025 lab accreditation roadmap
  • Design document control hierarchy (policies, procedures, work instructions)
  • Coordinate internal audits across compliance domains  
  • Manage compliance register for certifications, licenses, and audit schedules 

Risk & Compliance Operations 

  • Conduct risk assessments for new customer engagements and lab configurations
  • Implement access control and visitor management for lab environments
  • Develop incident response procedures for security/IP incidents
  • Create compliance dashboard showing certification status, audit findings, metrics
  • Partner with Legal on customer contract compliance requirements 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years in quality management, information security, or customer compliance roles
  • Experience with ISO 27001, SOC2, and/or ISO 9001 implementation and audits
  • Background in data centers, lab, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment and control frameworks
  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Information Security, Quality Management, or related field
  • Proven ability to prepare for and support customer audits successfully 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of ISO 17025 lab accreditation requirements and implementation
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) modules
