Location: United States (Remote)

Reports to: Senior Director, Customer Education

About the Team:

The Customer Education team, part of the Revenue Marketing organization, is a growing, passionate team of four dedicated to putting customers at the center of everything we do. We believe that empowered users are successful users, so we're building scalable, innovative learning experiences that meet customers where they are in the age of AI.

About the Role:

Be one of the founding voices of something special. As a member of the Customer Education team, we wake up each day united by a shared mission: to drive real value for our users through a best-in-class education program that's user-centered, experimental, and data-driven.

You'll work from wherever you do your best thinking, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Education. Here, you'll make meaningful contributions to a team that takes its work seriously (but never too seriously). We're known for creating high-quality content that actually moves the needle, and we're just getting started!

Who You Are:
  • Program builder at heart: You've designed and scaled certification or learning programs before, and you know what it takes to take something from 0 to 1 and keep improving it from there
  • Data-driven, but human-centered: You measure everything, but never lose sight of the learner experience. You use data to make smarter decisions, not just to report on them
  • A natural community builder: You know how to engage and energize an audience, turning users into advocates and advocates into a movement
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive on early-stage teams where the playbook is still being written, and you're energized (not intimidated) by the chance to build something from scratch
  • A sharp, versatile communicator: You can write compelling content, present to stakeholders, lead engaging group trainings, and translate complex platform capabilities into clear, engaging learning experiences

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full lifecycle of our AlphaSense Certification program — from development and optimization to delivery and expansion
  • Grow the program across channels through always-on programming, microcertifications, and bespoke private certifications via professional services
  • Measure and communicate the impact of certification across product adoption, lead generation, and renewal/upsell — making the case for it as a long-term investment for users and the business
  • Build and nurture a thriving community of power users and advocates through training, video, surveys, and more
  • Develop targeted assets and resources that keep this community ahead of AlphaSense's evolving platform capabilities

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range
$90,000$120,000 USD
