You’ll also explore how AI can enhance content creation and help us scale knowledge more effectively. You’ll report to our Senior Content Manager and partner closely with teams across Product, Support, and Customer Success.

- Create video outlines and scripts to support visual learning experiences
- Analyze support trends and customer questions to identify where better content can make the biggest impact
- Help prioritize content updates based on customer needs and business goals
- Build a foundational understanding of our products and the customer journey
- Contribute to additional content and enablement projects as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sharp eye for detail, especially when editing and proofreading
- The ability to break down complex or technical topics into clear, user-friendly language
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team
- Interest in using AI tools to create and improve content
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Experience with documentation or knowledge base tools like Confluence, Zendesk, or Notion
- Exposure to SaaS products or technical environments
- Interest in video content creation or scripting
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred)
- Interest in content creation, knowledge management, or customer experience
The work you do will directly impact how customers learn, solve problems, and succeed with Daxko. You’ll help create content that empowers self-service, reduces friction, and improves the overall customer experience — while building skills in content strategy, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
- This role involves extended time working on a computer
