Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

Codent Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role Dandy is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow our highest-value, most complex dental accounts on the Codent platform — large DSOs, multi-location groups, and strategic partners. This person will serve as the primary executive relationship owner across their portfolio, driving retention, expansion, and deep engagement at both the corporate and practice level. You'll lead cross-functional coordination across Customer Success, Training, Product, and Operations to deliver a tailored, high-impact experience that scales across complex organizational structures.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise dental accounts end-to-end — retention, growth, strategic alignment, and overall customer health are your responsibility

  • Build and manage multi-threaded executive relationships across DSO leadership, regional operators, and practice-level stakeholders

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for each enterprise client, aligned to their business goals and expansion roadmap

  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Customer Success, Training, Operations, and Product to deliver against account-level commitments

  • Serve as the internal voice of your enterprise accounts — surface feedback, advocate for product changes, and ensure enterprise needs are represented in the roadmap

  • Identify expansion opportunities across locations, product lines, and services within your accounts and execute against them

  • Build and run structured business reviews (QBRs) with enterprise stakeholders to demonstrate ROI, review performance, and align on next steps

  • Identify at-risk accounts early using health metrics and executive engagement signals, and lead intervention strategies at the corporate level

  • Partner with Sales to support enterprise deal cycles, ensure smooth onboarding of new locations, and create a seamless handoff experience

  • Identify process, system, and technology improvements needed to better serve complex, multi-location accounts at scale

  • Become deeply proficient in all Codent product offerings and operational workflows to credibly engage with sophisticated enterprise buyers

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic account management, or a senior customer-facing commercial role

  • 2+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts (DSOs, multi-location groups, or equivalent)

  • Experience in a B2B high-growth tech or SaaS environment with a proven track record of retaining and expanding enterprise accounts

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills — comfortable in the room with C-suite and regional operators alike

  • Ability to build and execute strategic account plans that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a smaller, high-complexity book of business with deep engagement per account

  • Experience running QBRs, executive business reviews, or similar structured account rituals

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use health metrics, financial reporting, and engagement data to inform strategy

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate hands-on when the situation demands it

  • With the above stated, we are open to candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to apply if interested

Bonus Points For

  • Outstanding professional references to share

  • Experience with marketplace models or multi-sided platforms

  • Direct experience working with DSOs or in the dental/healthcare industry

  • Investment banking or management consulting background

  • Part of a startup acquisition or IPO

  • Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work
