Description

Freytag's Florist, a family-owned and operated flower shop serving Austin since 1974, is one of Austin's most established and respected florists. We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our talented and professional team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact for our clients, you aren’t just processing transactions, you’re the architect of the customer journey. You’ll play a vital role in obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information to ensure every delivery is perfect and every interaction is seamless.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our commitment to excellence, promoting the highest level of friendliness and efficiency while working alongside a supportive team. Whether you’re working independently to solve a complex request or collaborating with colleagues to build lasting customer relationships, your goal is to make every interaction a win. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for service, this is a unique opportunity to grow within an Austin institution.

This position is focused on customer service and sales excellence and does not involve floral design.

  • $18 per hour, plus tips
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401k
  • Company-sponsored Life Insurance
  • Paid Vacation after one year of employment
  • Employee discounts up to 50% off
  • Six Paid Holidays throughout the year
  • On-Demand Pay

Requirements

  • High standard for exceptional customer service.
  • Positive approach to your work and interaction with others.
  • Proficient at typing and spelling.
  • Comfortable working on a computer.

Austin’s tech scene spans many verticals, but it’s particularly known for hardware, including semiconductors, as well as AI, biotechnology and cloud computing. And its food and music scene, low taxes and favorable climate has made the city a destination for tech workers from across the country.
