Zogo is currently seeking a focused and highly-motivated Customer Success (CX) Account Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. The CX Account Manager will work closely with our financial institution (FI) partners to support and cultivate relationships, owning the partner lifecycling from start to finish and ensuring FI partners are satisfied with Zogo. You'll be responsible for: • Serving as the primary point-of-contact to clients, facilitating product-related requests and building long-lasting relationships through regular touch points.• Leading new clients through onboarding processes for Zogo's different proucts.• Identifying and leading upsell opportunities across Zogo's client base.• Working with our Product team to ensure product developments aligns with our
clients interests, guiding internal product decisions based on client feedback and needs.• Negotiating renewals to drive internal revenue targets.• Building partnership strategies to meet client and company goals.• Collaborating with the Sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for generating revenue.
Your experience: • 3+ years prior experience managing clients in an Account Management, Customer Success, or similar setting.• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with internal teams.• Passion for problem-solving, displaying a solutions-oriented approach to challenges encountered.• Ability to manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously across operations and client relationships.• Confidence in prioritizing objectives based upon dynamic business goals.• Ability to draw concise, impactful insights from client interactions.• MS Word/Powerpoint required.• Prior experience with Excel and/or SQL strongly preferred.• Preferred working with SaaS products and/or products within the financial literacy space.• Preferred experience using GSuite, Hubspot, ClientSuccess (or CRM platforms in general).• You thrive in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.• You are customer-oriented and are able to establish robust, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.• You are confident in adapting to changing requirements with the ability to manage multiple projects and client opportunities concurrently.• You have exceptional communication skills, strong organization, and negotiation
techniques.• You work well on a team, and make an effort to make all individuals you work with feel respected and valued.
