Customer Success Representative – Entry Level (Path to In-Person Role)

Starting Hourly Rate: $18–$21.

Location: Open to remote candidates in Tampa, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Jupiter, Jacksonville, or Houston—but this is not a permanent remote role. We are looking for candidates who want to grow into an in-person position at one of our branch locations, whether that’s in sales, business development, project management, or another on-site career path.

If you’re looking for a meaningful, people-focused role where you can support homeowners in their time of need, Entrusted may be a great fit for you.

We’re a family-owned restoration company, and our work matters. When homeowners experience water damage, you’re the first person they speak with—you build trust, set expectations, and help turn each call into an opportunity for our team to serve well.

Ideal candidates bring:
  • Experience working remotely or in a self-managed role
  • A hungry mindset, and an inner passion for driving performance
  • Exposure to inside sales, or desire to learn and grow in essential sales skills
  • Experience in scheduling and high-volume communication
  • Reliability, ownership, and strong follow-through

If that sounds like you, keep reading!

What would I be doing?
  • Receive and make calls from homeowners in their time of need, establish trust through a tailored and professional process, help set clear expectations, and cater to the homeowner in a way that progressively ensures the outcome of an immediately scheduled visit.
  • Serve the sales team by gathering, verifying, and confirming necessary information from the homeowner to facilitate and establish a successful and seamless process from start to finish.
  • Show genuine care for the homeowner by proactively outlining and scheduling assessments with urgency, establishing credibility, and setting clear expectations.
  • Actively provide value to the homeowner through the affirmation of referral sources, ownership of the scheduling experience, and follow-up communication.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What does winning look like?
  • Homeowners feel confident, cared for, and heard — and our partners are thrilled by how quickly and consistently we deliver on our promises.
  • The sales team feels supported, equipped, and ready to turn every opportunity into a win.
  • Communication is clear, expectations are met, and service feels like diamond-level care every single time.

What skills does it take to win?
  • A strong work ethic and genuine care for people
  • Naturally curious, humble, and eager to learn
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
