About the role:

Corporate Customer Success Managers protect and grow PetDesk's largest customer segment: multi-location veterinary groups. As the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of about 750 corporate accounts, the Corp CSM builds consultative, trusted-advisor relationships at two levels: with corporate and regional leadership on group-wide priorities and with clinic teams on day-to-day adoption. Corp CSMs work hand in hand with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), who lead the commercial relationship, and they manage a high volume of relationships with the rigor of a much smaller book. They live PetDesk's value of customer excellence daily, keeping the customer at the center of every decision, even at scale. The role is also a proven launch point, with Corp CSMs regularly growing into other roles across PetDesk.

Apply if you're excited to:

  • Build and execute adoption plans that translate corporate and regional priorities into clinic-level action
  • Monitor account health to spot risk early, and drive mitigation plans before issues escalate to corporate leadership
  • Surface expansion and upsell signals to your SAM partners, contributing to revenue growth across your portfolio
  • Design and deliver enablement training that turns product adoption into measurable clinic outcomes
  • Lead regional webinars and business reviews that demonstrate PetDesk's value to clinic owners, managers, and corporate leaders
  • Partner with Marketing to develop case studies and generate referrals that fuel new business
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, translating frontline trends into feedback that shapes Support, Product, and Marketing priorities
  • Travel up to 15% (typically 1–3 trips per year) to build and deepen regional customer relationships

About you:

  • 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager, ideally managing a large, diverse portfolio of multi-location or enterprise accounts
  • Track record of using account health data to prioritize proactively rather than reactively
  • Skilled at translating data into a clear, business-relevant narrative for both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Confident and polished in presenting to groups, with a style that lands with non-technical audiences
  • Tactful and poised under pressure; thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
  • Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CS tools is a plus
  • Veterinary industry experience is a plus

Benefits & Perks:

  • Medical coverage for employees and dependents (80-90% covered by employer)
  • Employer HSA contribution with HDHP
  • 401(k) match up to 3.5%
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Dental & Vision coverage available
  • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Short and Long Term Disability
  • Flexible Time Off & 12 Paid Annual Holidays
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Pawternity Leave, Financial Pet Adoption Support & Subsidized Pet Insurance
  • $250 Annual Stipend for Learning and Development

PetDesk combines the industry's most user-friendly client engagement tools with the highest-rated pet parent app to simplify your veterinary clinic’s operations while strengthening client relationships.
