The Problems You’ll Solve

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll join our team in helping high-growth, high-volume customers be successful. You’ll do this by developing strong relationships with your customers and helping them navigate long-term solutions to their biggest roadblocks. Ultimately, you’re here to understand their goals and advise them on the best way to achieve those goals, providing guidance on best practices, strategies, and ideas to help them leverage Rebuy to the fullest.

In this role, you’re expected to become a Rebuy product expert — deeply understanding our capabilities, limitations, and evolving feature set. You’ll proactively uncover new and creative use cases for merchants, translate complex product functionality into clear, actionable recommendations, and help customers unlock incremental value beyond their initial implementation.

  • Relationship Building: Continually meet with and build relationships with Rebuys largest customers.

  • Product Adoption: Utilize relationship building and data to drive increased product adoption across your book of business.

  • Product Training: Provide high-level insights and knowledge to make sure they're following the latest e-commerce trends.

  • Feedback Loop: Identify areas of improvement during execution and implementation to guide product development.

  • Performance Tracking: Ensure customer success by monitoring ROI, periodic account audits, and ongoing recommendations.

You’ll partner closely with internal teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to advocate for customers and help shape the evolution of Rebuy.

What You Bring

The Hard Skills:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, account management, sales, or a related field.

  • Experience with Shopify and have a familiarity with ecommerce applications and technology trends.

The Soft Skills:

  • Outstanding analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • An excitement to help shape the future of intelligent e-commerce and be part of a fast-growing SaaS company.

  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.

  • An incredible ability to empathize and understand customer requirements.

Who You’ll Meet With

Now, let’s get into who you’ll meet during our interview process! After you submit your application and it’s been reviewed by our team, we will reach out to you, inviting you to meet with us. From there, you can expect an interview process similar to this:

  • A screening call with someone in Talent Acquisition to learn more about you and answer your questions about Rebuy and this role.

  • Call with our Director of Customer Success to chat more in-depth about you, your experience, and this role.

  • Call where you’ll get to chat with a few of our current Success team members and chat through a brief CSM assessment.

  • Call with our CRO for about 30 min.

  • Short final interview with our CEO and COO, where you’ll get to learn more about Rebuy.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,000 - $105,000 USD OTE annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter and hiring manager can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
