Leif Johnson Automotive’s growth starts on the sales floor. Our Austin flagship needs a driven Automotive Sales Consultant who can turn first-time shoppers into lifelong customers.

What you’ll do
• Welcome every guest, listen to their needs, and match them with the right vehicle and financing options
• Use digital retail tools and CRM to follow up, set appointments, and keep deals moving
• Hit weekly and monthly volume goals while protecting gross and CSI
• Stay sharp on Ford product knowledge, incentives, and competitors
• Build relationships through test-drives, phone, text, video, and social outreach

Qualifications

What you bring
• Proven success in automotive or high-ticket sales (or strong desire to learn fast)
• Polished communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfort with CRM, online retail apps, and video walk-arounds
• Self-starter mindset and a team player’s attitude
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
