Qualifications
Requirements/Skills • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in: Korean and English• Contact centre experience of at least 6-12 months is preferred • Track record of achieving targets • Problem-solving oriented • Consumer-oriented mindset • Great interpersonal skills • Technology adept • Familiarity with CRM systems • Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems • Research skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
