A Customer Success Specialist (Up-Selling) focuses on fostering strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering additional products or services to enhance their experience. This role combines excellent communication and sales skills to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while ensuring clients achieve their goals effectively.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
- Language Requirement: Excellent in English with Mandarin or Malay in terms of verbal, written and comprehension
- Education level : SPM and above
- Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Passion to do sales and achieve target
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
Responsibilities
- Represent company to get new accounts, prospect new customers and follow up existing customers
- Provide Sales support, assist with reporting and analysis
- Collaboration between internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction
