Leif Johnson Automotive has served Central Texas for nearly 60 years, and our Manor store is expanding its sales team. We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who can turn curiosity into closed deals while delivering the transparent, friendly experience our family-owned group is known for.

What you’ll do
• Welcome every guest, uncover their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle and financing
• Use CRM, video walk-arounds, and digital retail tools to follow up, set appointments, and keep deals moving
• Meet (and beat) weekly and monthly volume goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction
• Stay current on Ford models, incentives, and competitors to present confident, data-driven recommendations
• Build lasting relationships through calls, texts, social outreach, and flawless in-store hand-offs

Qualifications

What you bring
• Success in automotive or high-ticket sales—or a track record of quick learning and results in another field
• Clear, persuasive communication and strong negotiation chops
• Comfort with tech: CRM, online retail platforms, and video-based engagement
• Self-starter focus plus a team-first mindset
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
