We partner with leading asset managers to deliver innovative retirement and investment solutions to corporations, government organizations, and educational institutions. Role Overview:
The Corporate Vice President, Stable Value Investment Only, Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO) position is responsible for directing sales efforts for an assigned geographic territory by identifying, developing relationships and work with regional consultants, intermediaries, and advisors in the Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Non-Qualified and 529 Plan space, focusing on selling New York Life Stable Value offerings. This position will cover the Western region of the U.S. Strong preference for candidates located in the Western U.S. Region.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 base (Plus sales incentive and annual bonus)
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: No
Sales bonus eligible: Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.

What You'll Do:
Daily activities of a Corporate Vice President, Stable Value IO Sales will include:
- Represent the full suite of New York Life Stable Value Investment Only products.
- Develop a progressive business plan to increase territory production growth of annual asset sales up to $500m per year with a focus on specific intermediaries within the DCIO space.
- Build successful relationships with plan advisors, intermediaries, and fiduciaries.
- Meet targeted sales activity metrics.
- Manage the full sales process on opportunities sourced in market. Including but not limited to sales prospecting, pipeline management, client presentations, and relationship management.
- Solicit feedback from market constituents on market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- 10 years' financial services experience
- 7 - 10 years industry experience in the Defined Contribution arena with a major provider
- Insurance producer license and FINRA Series 6 license required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Proven track record of sales success
- Ongoing growth of key industry relationships
- In depth knowledge of both the Defined Contribution industry and existing relationships with key intermediaries in stated region
- Demonstrated experience with Sales CRM technology (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven ability to present investment products to advisors, committees, and key decision makers.
- Ability to work closely with New York Life Investment Management and Product teams.
