Role Overview:

Could you be our next Data Analyst I? Globe Life is looking for a Data Analyst I to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for reporting and analysis of sales data and metrics used by Sales Management and Agency personnel.

This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly reporting for the LND Sales Division.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Tableau to develop key sales metric reporting.
  • Focus on and maintain data accuracy.
  • Keep report and process documentation updated.
  • Audit applications for details that may have an adverse impact on the company.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather information and log findings.
  • Present results and be able to answer questions with assistance.
  • Audit other teammates' reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and improvement.
  • Perform other duties as necessary and appropriate.

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree w/1+ years’ work experience OR 2-3+ years’ work experience.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in both a team and individual environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Gauges workflow to allow for reporting efficiency.
  • Consistently meets deadlines.
