IXIS is seeking a highly analytical, intellectually curious, and technically skilled Data Analyst III to join our Analytics team.
This is not a traditional reporting role.
You will work directly with large-scale datasets, predictive models, AI-powered analytics solutions, and executive stakeholders to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing advanced SQL, building statistical models, designing dashboards, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients and leadership teams.
You'll partner closely with data engineers, software developers, strategists, and product leaders to help drive innovation across our ATLAS platform and client engagements.

What You'll DoAdvanced Analytics & Insights- Conduct exploratory analyses across large, complex, and disparate datasets
- Identify meaningful trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities hidden within data
- Develop clear, compelling narratives that connect analytical findings to business outcomes
- Translate complex analytical results into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop and evaluate predictive models, forecasting methodologies, segmentation frameworks, and advanced analytical solutions
- Design and execute statistical analyses, hypothesis tests, experiments, and measurement frameworks
- Support machine learning initiatives by preparing data, validating outputs, and measuring performance
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions within the ATLAS platform
- Create intuitive visualizations that simplify complex datasets and support strategic decision-making
- Improve reporting frameworks, visualization standards, and analytical methodologies
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems
- Build reproducible analytical workflows using SQL, Python, Git, and modern analytics tools
- Contribute to scalable data models and analytical infrastructure
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to solve business challenges
- Support strategic planning initiatives through quantitative and qualitative research
- Serve as a trusted analytical advisor for both internal teams and external partners
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, methodologies, products, and analytical frameworks
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and analytical techniques
- Help shape the future roadmap of the ATLAS platform
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, consulting, or related fields
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and optimizing large datasets
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or both
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
- Experience building dashboards and visual analytics solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments

Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Predictive modeling and machine learning
- Customer analytics and segmentation
- Marketing analytics and attribution
- Digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GA4)
- Retail, automotive, or e-commerce analytics
- Cloud analytics environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- API integrations and automated data pipelines
- Data engineering and ETL workflows
- Git-based development workflows
- Agile/Scrum environments
- Generative AI and AI-assisted analytics
